The table below depicts the accumulation rate of Base Credits in Season 9 of Asphalt 8: Airborne.(1) In the calculations it is assumed that every track is driven at the speed of the bonus star requirement (Race Time to Beat) and every race is won.
Asphalt Wiki Contest #1: Best Average Race Time of ten same Season 9 races played in succession
In the first Asphalt Wiki contest the best average race times in Season 9 are seeked. The contest is mainly aimed at non-boosted cars (since farming Credits is usually done without any boosts/items), but all participants are welcomed in every case.
- Click on [Expand] to see the Rules (not set in stone)
- The ten races has to be played in succession (or an estimation of the average race time given)
- Although calculated results are preferred also estimates of the average race times are accepted. If the ten races are not played, please indicate it somehow (for example by adding the word estimate after the race time).
- Only the actual race times are counted (no loading times).
- One way to find out what the average race time would be is to first convert every race time into seconds, add them all up and divide the result in this case by ten ...which can be easily done in any spreadsheet program.
- If the rank of the car > Maximum Rank (when some Pro Kits improvements have been applied to the car), please mention the Car Rank (for example by adding S1692 after the race time. A more detailed list (PK: 4-3-2-4, for instance) can also be included).
- If boosts/items such as Nitro Starter, Tuning Kit or Extra Tank were used, please mention about it (by adding +NS, +TK +ET, for example).
- If a glitch/bug in the track was utilized in a race, it's recommended to mention about it (by, for instance adding a word glitch after the race time). If a glitch/bug race time is entered for a race, also the fastest race time without glitch/bug will be preserved. This way even though Sector 8 currently could have race times well under 20 sec, the contest could still continue as competitive as before, after the glitch is removed from the track.
- If you want your name to show up in the table, please add it after the average race time (so that the table will still hopefully sort correctly).
- In a case of a tie-up, all names are preserved, but if there's only one fastest average time, that player will secure his/her place in the annuals of Asphalt Wiki.

(2) If every track is driven at the speed of the bonus star requirement (Race Time to Beat) and every race is won. For example Dubai & Dubai Reverse can be driven in considerably less time, if the shortcut jump over the river & busy bridge is made (most Class D cars struggle with this jump, but a base speed of ~250.1 km/h or ~155.3 mph + perfect nitro should be enough, if the leftmost (higher) side of the curved ramp is taken). On the other hand in some races it is notoriously difficult to drive the track faster than the bonus star requirement - Ford F-150, Audi S4, Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, and Ferrari FF being among the toughest races.

(4) If the same car/race is used in covering the obtaining cost (Purchase Cost + Cost to Max Out) and only the Base Credits are taken into account (i.e. omitting the initial Star Rewards, the Daily Bonuses or other rewards besides the reward for 1st place, see footnote #1 above).
