The Ferrari Testarossa is a 12-cylinder mid-engined sports car manufactured by Ferrari between 1984 and 1996 as the successor to the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer.
Description
The Testarossa name paid homage to the famed World Sportscar Champion 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa sports racing car. Testa Rossa, which literally means "red head" in Italian, refers to the red-painted cam covers sported by both cars' 12-cylinder engines.
The Ferrari Testarossa's design came from Pininfarina, with their body one that sparked some controversy. The side strakes sometimes referred to as "cheese graters" or "egg slicers" that spanned from the doors to the rear fenders were needed for rules in several countries outlawing large openings on cars. The Testarossa had twin radiators in the back with the engine instead of a single radiator up-front. In conjunction the strakes provided cool air to the rear-mounted side radiators, stopping the engine from overheating. The strakes also made the Testarossa wider at the rear than in the front, thus increasing stability and handling.
One last unique addition to the new design was a single high mounted rear view mirror on the driver's side; this is also known as the "Flying Mirror". On US based cars, the mirror was lowered to a more normal placement in 1987 and quickly joined by a passenger side rear view mirror for the driver to be able to easily change lanes safely.
The Testarossa uses a 4.9L (4,943 cc) mid-mounted flat-12 engine, with each cylinder having 4 valves, with 48 valves total, lubricated via a dry sump system. The engine has a compression ratio of 9.2:1. The Testarossa's F12 produces at most 390 hp (291 kW) at 6,300 rpm and 361 ft·lb (489 N·m) at 4,500 rpm.
The Testarossa can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 5.2 seconds and on to 100 mph (161 km/h) in 11.4 seconds. The top speed of the Testarossa is 180 mph (290 km/h).
As Ferrari's range-topper during the 1980s, the car made numerous appearances in pop culture, most notably in the arcade game OutRun, and in the third, fourth, and fifth seasons of Miami Vice. The car has subsequently become synonymous with 1980s "yuppies" and is an icon of 1980s retro culture.

Summary
The Ferrari Testarossa was added in The Great Wall Update as a low-end Class B car with the following statistics:
- Starting rank: 1150
- MAX rank: 1343
- MAX+PRO rank: 1464
- Tuning Kit bonus: +42
- Stock to MAX+PRO rank difference: 314
- Nitro Efficiency: 9/14/18
Performance
The Testarossa acts as a slightly more nitro-efficient version of the Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary and Lotus Evora Enduro GT. Given its weight of 3766 lb (1708 kg) and its low nitro stat, the Testarossa's acceleration is largely lacking. The Testarossa's handling and drifting, while not the worst, is also mediocre. The only advantage the Testarossa has over similarly-ranked cars is its high top speed.
Usage
The Ferrari Testarossa acts as a collector's item due to its lack of usability in Events and Multiplayer alike, although it is required for a few events in the Career Mode.
The Ferrari Testarossa is included in the following Collections: Ferrari, Italian Stallions, Extra Horses, Red Stallions, and Retro.
Completing all 10 versions of the collections awards a total of 7 Tuning Kits, 1,050,000, and 16 free upgrades (2 Class D, 3 Class C, 4 Class A and 7 Class S ).
Car Mastery for the Ferrar Testarossa awards 23 and 1 Class B free upgrade .
Price
The Testarossa costs 75,000 to purchase and 265,900 on upgrades. Pro Kits require 261,727 and 36 F12 engine cards. Given the difficulty of finding an F12 Engine card, let alone 36 of them, it is highly recommended to avoid applying Pro Kit upgrades to this car unless the player does not feel comfortable with having F12 Engines in their inventory.
Alternatively, the Testarossa can be won as a VIP Level 9 reward. If the car is already owned upon reaching that level, 103,250 will be rewarded instead. The Testarossa was also given out as a Daily Bonus reward in March 2017 for 28 days of consecutive logins.
