The Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary is a Lamborghini classic exotic car featured in the Asphalt series. It is a special edition of the Lamborghini Countach and celebrates the 25th anniversary of Lamborghini.
Overview[]
- Text originally from the Lamborghini Countach's Wikipedia page.
Named to honour the company's twenty-fifth anniversary in 1988, the 25th Anniversary Countach, although mechanically very similar to the 5000QV, sported considerable restyling done by Horacio Pagani. Notably, enlargement and extension of the rear 'air-box' intake-ducts was among other refinements undertaken (extending them to a more gradual incline further in-keeping with aerodynamic-streamlining), while the secondary pair of debossed ducts, originally situated further behind them, were brought forward and relocated directly on top, encompassing refashioned fins now running longitudinally rather than transversely, this allowed the airboxes, located behind the radiators to be rotated from a transverse to a longitudinal position, allowing better airflow from the radiators out through the secondary fins. Additionally, further reconstruction of an already modified engine-bay cover, from a concept consisting of dual-raised sections and tri-ducting, to one that embodies a centre-raised section incorporating dual-ducting become another feature. Various redevelopments to the rear were made; most notably the introduction of a rear bumper extending outwardly from the lower-portion.
These styling changes, particularly features such as the fin strakes within the primary rear-intake-ducts openings, appeared to mimic the Ferrari Testarossa, though providing Uimproved engine cooling. Nonetheless it was only outsold by the QV model. It continued to feature 345/35R15 tyres. The Anniversary edition was produced up until 1990 before being superseded by the Lamborghini Diablo.
Asphalt 9: Legends[]
The Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary was added into the Raging Bull Season Update as a mid Class D car with the following statistics:
Performance[]
The Lamborghini Countach is a downgraded version of Porsche 911 Targa 4S but with better handling. The Countach is also similar to the Peugeot SR1, having better acceleration, handling, and nitro but slower top speed.
Usage[]
The Lamborghini Countach has a decent top speed and handling among mid Class D cars, but poor in other stats, especially its abysmal nitro stats. Between its top speed and handling, the Countach is only viable on speed-oriented tracks and Slipstream Mode as it is otherwise only a collector's item.
Availability[]
Blueprints for the Lamborghini Countach are available during a Mini Season Pass in Raging Bull Season Update. It can be unlocked at Tier 1 without the Legend Pass. The Countach was used in the Italian Revolution Update season as a support car for the Ferrari SF90 Stradale Special Event rerun of 2024.
Asphalt Overdrive[]
Shortened just to Lamborghini Countach, it appears as a low Turf 5 vehicle. It is only obtainable by beating Kelly Rodriguez in her Turf 4 rematch costing 40 . Upgrades cost 3,040,000 and 2 hours 20 minutes of waiting.
Asphalt 8: Airborne[]

Performance[]
v1.7[]
While the Countach has decent handling and has the same total top speed as the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione when both are at , it suffers from slow acceleration, weak nitro efficiency and limited Pro Kit upgrades of only 12 as opposed to the standard 20. At , it is also slower than the Ferrari Testarossa but has the benefit of being easier to upgrade as the Testarossa requires 36 F12 Engine cards while the Countach only requires Class B Parts and Initial & Early Techs.
Overall it is not very good for a starter class B car as the DS Survolt has superior performance with a cheaper purchase price. It is also a poor option for multiplayer as it cannot compete with the Felino cB7.
Price[]
As of the Fifteenth Anniversary Update, the Countach costs 350,000.
As of the Hot Winter Season Update, upgrades require 55 of each Common Tires, Common Suspension, Common Drivetrain, and Common Exhaust, 160 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Kit and 4,800,000.
A total of 59 Kit Cards for the Countach 25th Anniversary can be obtained by completing Stage 1 in the Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder Special Event.
Starting from the Neon Season Update, upgrades for the Countach can be applied by watching ads.
Asphalt 7: Heat[]
The Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary can be encountered as a rental car in the first Tier 4 mission in the game, making it the first Tier 4 the player can encounter, despite not being the starter car. It requires 100 stars and can be bought with 145,000 as well as being lent for 35,000.
Much like the other Lamborghini cars in Asphalt 7, the Countach 25th Anniversary mostly focuses on acceleration and nitro; while the Countach 25th Anniversary has among the best launches and acceleration among Tier 4 cars, as well as having a strong nitro boost and competitive total speed tier among early Tier 4 cars, it is the slowest Tier 4 car in terms of pure top speed. Its handling is also pretty good, despite a wider-than-average drifting radius. It also has good nitro efficiency, although not the best in its tier, which is held by the Aston Martin V12 Zagato, a top-end Tier 4 car. Thus, the Countach 25th Anniversary can be considered to be a Tier 4 version of the Ferrari 288 GTO, with a more competitive total speed tier.
The Countach can be a good choice in Career Mode, as given that the player is skilled enough and the vehicle is properly upgraded, the player can exclusively rely on the Countach until the V12 Zagato is unlocked. On the other hand, much like the 288 GTO, the Countach is ill-suited for Multiplayer, as despite having strong acceleration and nitro efficiency for its tier placement, the Countach's overall performance, especially total speed, is lacking compared to the best of Tier 3 or Tier 4, and will always lose races against them.
