The Mercedes-Benz Biome is an electric concept car that appears in the Asphalt series. It first appeared in Asphalt 8: Airborne as a Class B car. The Mercedes-Benz Biome and the CLK GTR AMG are the only class B cars that are made by Mercedes-Benz.
The Mercedes-Benz Biome is an electric concept car created by Mercedes-Benz in 2010. This car is unique in that it is grown in a laboratory rather than at a factory line. It is also powered by Bio Nectar 4534 fuel.
The Biome starts with a rank of 1192 (same as the Jaguar F-Type R in Class C), has a maximum rank of 1486 (between the Ferrari 458 Italia's 1484 and Ferrari 599XX's 1490), and a final rank of 1590. With 57 points added using a Tuning Kit, the Mercedes-Benz Biome becomes one of the most powerful Class B cars in the game.
The Mercedes-Benz Biome is a very fast car for its rank, with no exploitable weaknesses. Its top speed is high, which helps it if it runs out of Nitro. The Biome's acceleration is one of the fastest in its class, and it's helped by the Biome being considered an electric car in-game, said acceleration being consistently powerful and continuous due to a lack of gears. While this car's Nitro is weak, it's very efficient within Class B, though not the most efficient.
The Mercedes-Benz Biome's only disadvantage is that, thanks to its very responsive handling, it's very prone to suddenly losing control, skidding into a wall and wrecking. This behavior can be countered by drifting into the opposite direction this car is skidding to, but this requires practice.
The Mercedes-Benz Biome was one of the best cars to use in Multiplayer in its debut update. It has been overshadowed, however, by overpowered cars such as the Chevrolet 2016 Camaro SS and even the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG Special Edition, especially due to the SLK's acceleration being buffed in the Car Blueprints Update.
At 450,000 (same as the Ferrari FF from Class A), the Biome was one of the most expensive Class B cars in the game available for purchase by credits (and the second most expensive Mercedes-Benz vehicle in the game, excluding the Premium car Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Coupé Final Edition). The Biome also costs 1,276,425 to max out.
The Biome qualifies for its own race in Season 7, which is the final race of Season 7 itself. It also qualifies for the two Mercedes-Benz events in the game, both of which are also in Season 7 but appear earlier than the Biome's event. Its Season 9 event, set in Dubai, is one of the best farming events in the game.
