The SRT 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8, or just Dodge Challenger for short, is one of three Dodge cars in Asphalt 8: Airborne (however, it is not included in the Dodge Event), located near the middle of Class C.
It lies between the Acura NSX 2005 and the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG. As of June 2017, it is unknown if the Porsche 718 Boxster S will be a visible car (if not owned); if it is, it will be placed directly between the Dodge Challenger and the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG.
The Dodge Challenger has a starting rank of 1173, a MAX rank of 1372, a PRO rank of 1297, and MAX + PRO at 1496. It has a Tuning Kit bonus of +43.
The Dodge Challenger has subpar acceleration and handling, with a wide drifting radius. However, it has a high top speed and total top speed, as well as a decent nitro duration of 8/13/18.
The Dodge Challenger's rivals include the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, Audi RS 4 Avant, and Lotus Exige S Coupe. It and the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione share some similarities. However, the rivalry between the Dodge Challenger and the Audi RS 4 Avant/Lotus Exige S Coupe is similar to that of the Chevrolet 2016 Camaro SS/BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage and the McLaren Formula Ones, in that the Dodge Challenger possesses high top speed but bad handling, acceleration and nitro, while the other two cars possess the opposite.
On the other hand, the Dodge Challenger has limited usage in Multiplayer races, owing to its poor handling, below-average acceleration, and relatively high starting rank.
The SRT 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8 costs 95,000, 213,800 for upgrades and 133,630 on Pro Kits. It was also a reward for banking 10,000 Enduro points in the Weber Faster One Enduro Double Down. The Dodge Challenger requires four V6 Engines and four Mid-Techs in its PRO upgrades.
Asphalt Xtreme EditNow shortened just to Dodge Challenger SRT8, is a muscle car in Asphalt: Xtreme. The Challenger has been modified for off-road use and now has twin light bars, driver/passenger window nets, obscured front headlights, trunk lid delete, rear bumper cut-out and off-road wheels & tires.
As a Class S Muscle Car, it has good acceleration and handling capabilities (compared to its Asphalt 8 variant) and doesn't suffer from slow acceleration on rough terrain. As expected, the Challenger has an incredibly high top speed of 284 Km/h, making it the second fastest cars in the game, only beaten by the Subaru WRX STI GRC.
Between the game debut (V1.0.0) to the Alps Update (V1.3.2), the Dodge Challenger SRT8 costs 1,930,000 or 2,619 to purchase during a limited offer. With the Coachella Update, the Challenger now requires 30 of its Blueprints to be built.
