Design[]
When I take a look at the page history, I see that none of the original editors is still active. I have a few questions:
- Why the blue design? It's repeated nowhere on the entire wiki.
- Speaking of design: In my opinion, it's overloaded. Shadows here, round corners there, but not consistent. Also, these design features apppear nowhere else on the wiki. And the font is different from the rest of the wiki.
- Did anybody ever use the chat? If not, I'd like to have it removed from the front page, it's a huge box that could be used for better purposes.
- Proportions: Blog listing at the end is huge. Other elements do not fit either. Do we really need a huge slideshow that disrupts the layout because it's loaded after the rest of the content? I'd like to have it smaller, if at all.
- Do we need the admin box? It's kind of double because they're also listed in the dropdown menu. But I'd agree that mentioning the admins again is useful, but perhaps not in an extra box.
- The Chinese affiliate: I took a look at the page. The link to our wiki is hidden somewhere in the depths of the site. Is there any exchange? Any benefit? Does this need an extra box?
Mind if I try a bit and redesign the front page? I'd like to see more relevant and interesting content here, like ongoing events, more information for users searching a topic, and boxes for active games (I only play A8, are there other games besides A9 being actively edited on this wiki? If so, I'd like to show some kind of boxes for A8 fans, A9 fans and so on).

- Go ahead. I don't mind changes to the points you've mentioned and the Chinese affiliate should be removed as it doesn't seem to be active. WKPQ (talk) 19:31, August 6, 2019 (UTC)
